This website is operated by SYAIR SAIHARA. By visiting the site or buying something from us, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them before ordering.

By completing a purchase you confirm that:

• orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days of shipment
• orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours
• all sales are final: no refunds or exchanges
• the shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed
• you will enter and confirm a valid email address to receive order updates

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where an item is out of stock, a price or listing was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Sale prices and automatic discounts apply while the promotion is running. Discount codes must be entered at checkout, are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, and cannot be applied retroactively.

We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and product photography can differ slightly from the piece you receive. Sizing information is provided on each product page; measurements are approximate.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us at checkout and for keeping any account details secure. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful or to interfere with its operation.

All designs, artwork, names, logos, photographs and text on this site belong to SYAIR SAIHARA and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYAIR SAIHARA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
